What device can capture video off a DVR and double as a TV tuner?
I want to copy HD video off of my DVR onto my computer, preferably via HDMI.
I also want something that can be a HDTV tuner and would also like the ability to record shows.
I have Windows 7.
Would like to spend around $100.
Is there something that can do both? DO I have to buy separate? I’m not familiar.
