Is this a good LCD television for my living room?

I’m no expert in resolutions and all of that other stuff, but I want to ask: does this LCD tv have a good picture/etc?

Sorry, but this K-Mart 32″ LCD is a cheap, third tier, disposable junk TV, as is the Vizio suggested to you. Read this before you buy – http://www.hdguru.com/your-new-disposable-flat-panel-hdtv/107/

In 37″, 32″, and 26″, the two top dogs in LCD, in BOTH performance and reliability, are Panasonic Viera and Sony Bravia. A price point down, but still good quality is the Toshiba Regza followed by Sharp and Samsung. If I couldn’t get one of these 5 brands in these sizes, I wouldn’t buy!

I suggest you get some education by reading the very good, concise HDTV article in the 3/08 Consumer Reports available at your public library, or on-line by subscription.
