Best picture setting for a 32 inch samsung 3 series lcd tv?

i want to know the best picture settings possible for the tele which i have stated above.

i want to know:

contrast
brightness
backlight and so on

thank you in advance =)

I always set mine half way.For instance if the bar thing goes up to 100 i set my contrast etc on 50
