Surge protector for HDTV?

whats a good quality surge protector for my HDTV and PS3

I would stick with the brand name surge protectors like Woods, IsoBar, APC, SquareD, etc.

Surge protectors will have a Joule rating. This is a measure of how large a surge the protector can absorb. You really can’t over do this.

A couple of things to remember:
1. A surge suppressor needs a good ground (the third prong) to work. Without a good ground, the suppressor is useless.
2. Surge suppressors do wear out over time from absorbing surges and there really is no way for a consumer to tell if it’s worn out. So replace the suppressor every three or four years or after a known surge event.

Some of the better suppressors have a warranty that covers protected equipment, too. This is like an insurance policy on your expensive electronics.
