Who’s better for HD TV? Bell, Rogers, or Shaw Direct?

I have a LCD 1080p TV. Pricing is very important for me. Is there a difference in picture quality?

My parent’s are all about the stuff you want and they picked Bell so I’m guessing they’re pretty good because we’ve been with them for years. I find the HD is great.
