Should I buy a 40 "-46" Samsung LCD TV or plasma, or DLP?

He went to get on television today. I checked all brands. The best picture (color, pixelation, image change) we found Samsung (second place was Sony). We did not like the black in the LDP, but the seller said which is better in the dark. (I know the picture is better, but the color of pixelation?) Plasma and LCD were beautiful, but I read the user comments who have problems. Plasma has burn in issues and the LCD TV that moves randomly. I guess it was a firmware update for the fixed LCD screen. Also, mentioned features Samsung customer service sucks. I'm reading the rantings of a few or should we go with a different brand? PLEASE HELP! All experiences appreciated!

I can not talk about Samsung, but I can say a bit about plasma and LCD TVs. Burn something seen through the life of the plasma, but should be slightly more of a concern during the first 100 hours. This is usually a break in the period. If you expect your family will make a lot of gambling there then we recommend LCD simply because the games are usually static ratings may lead to a plasma screen. If you watch regular TV or turn the screen after blank then the plasmas there is nothing to really worry. LCD is usually a little brighter and whiter whites are compared to plasma. However, plasma blacks are typically better. LCD screen, but you do not have to worry about burn in. A disadvantage of LCD, or at least tend to be a disadvantage the fact that there was a lamp LCD to display the image. This would create uneven brightness and the picture looks better from the front. That is, if people watched from the sides are not as nice of an image. Plasma that was never the case, since each pixel has its own gas to be ignited. Just as an old CRT tube can see a happy person the image from any place where you can see the screen without having to worry about the loss of brightness and therefore loss of enjoyment of images. With the new LCD technology have improved so much this problem has probably been eliminated, which should base your purchase off what you like in terms of satisfaction. To comments on DLP, the vendor is correct. DLP is best shown in the dark because it's contrast ratio is much higher than LCD or plasma normally. With that said I think LCD or plasma will be the way for you to go add. Good: luck! Record edited to not to reduce the lifetime of the plasma display. It can be annoying if an image burned in permanently but plasma is still fully functional and can still be used. Most of the time the image burn is not noticeable when watching TV or DVD's.
