i want to 1. play dvd on powerbook and watch on lcd 2. play streaming video on mac and watch on lcd 3. what do i want from a new tv, and what cables do i need, if any?

I dont know their exact cable names, Just go online to the apple store and look at the adapters they have got connecting your comp to a tv. very simple. if you still dont understand you can just go to a bestbuy or some electronics store and they’ll be able to get you fixed up no sweat.
