And how much does it cost? I am thinking about buying it from my friend for real cheap. It’s a 42″ 1080p 720 lcd hdtv. I need to know how much the part is and where I can get it at.

If you are adept at electronics repair and have all of the necessary tools, the reference in the other answer is a good one. But in my experience, the people who have the necessary experience to take on a job like this don’t have to ask where to obtain parts.
