Is there an HD AV Television cable that has the Red white Yellow Blue and Green Plugs on Both sides?

I purchased an HD Switcher Box on Ebay but it didnt come with a HD AV cable so i can connect it to my Television and use it with other plugs. I need to Buy Audio Video cable that has the Red White Yellow Blue and Green Plugs on both sides. What exactly is this kind of cable called so i can find it and purchase it online. Please Help me thanks.
