Where can I get a stand alone HD/digital tv tuner with hdmi input and dvi output?

I want to use a ps3 using hdmi with a digital/dvi lcd computer monitor. I want to play/view in high-definition.
What brand/model # has these specs?

Over-the-Air ‘Antenna IN’ or ‘Cable (CATV) IN’ are the only “inputs” you’re likely to find on any dedicated, stand-alone digital TV (DTV, DVB, or ISDB) tuner.

Assuming that you are living in the United States…, your best option would be to purchase an HMDI router/switch along with a stand-alone DTV tuner such as the Samsung model listed below OR, better yet, purchase a good quality A/V receiver such as the Onkyo TX-SR605 or any other comparable AVR with HDMI switching capability.

To connect a DVI-equipped display to any HDMI-equipped AVR, switcher, router or DTV tuner—such as the Samsung DTB-H260F—simply purchase an interconnect cable with the appropriate DVI connector at one and an HDMI connector at the other end or purchase a DVI-to-HDMI adapter.
