LED high-definition 22 "TV – stunning sound quality ……..?

I purchased the above described TV a reputable company Worldwide (Grundig). The picture quality is fantastic but the sound is – to put it crudely – radio CRAP! 1960 sounds like a transistor. It is the minimum even when up to full bore! There was no mention in the advertising propaganda that the unit needs additional sound equipment – should not have ALL TV sound quality it is not 'cp' – I bought it brand to meet your sound is one of the best. I am disappointed to say the least – and still hurts because I have tinnitus listen for half an hour. What should I do? Please?

Take it back to where you bought and say it is not fit for purpose.
