How I can send audio through a DVI to HDMI cable to a TV LG 32LT75?

I have a media player connected to a TV using LG 32LT75 DVI to HDMI cable. Therefore, need to send audio through a separate cable, but I'm not sure what to use. Any ideas?

You have send the audio separately is the limiting factor DVI DVI stands for Digital Video Interface, which means that only the video, sorry. Use red and white RCA connectors or optical cable if you are connecting to a surround sound system.
