HELP ME PLEASE!!! scart to vga on my 42″ LCD tv adaptor or something?

i have recently bought a Panasonic 42″ LCD TV,

and it only has a VGA input!!
how can i connect a scart to this?

even if i have to buy something cheap to convert it, i will,
just need some comments on how to do this and the best way please??

Looks to me you bought a PC monitor and not a TV.

Scart is for standard-def signals, so it is a full waste of a 42″ HD monitor.
You are going to have a very hard time connecting anything to that monitor without a converter. At the end, you will end up paying more than buying a real TV with HDMI inputs.
