Seeking 20''a LCD TV 30''. What is the best price for sizes? And what is the difference between LCD and Plasma? You think it's safe to shop on eBay? Thanks!

I would avoid Ebay to buy consumer electronics. With sizes that range LCD Samsung have mentioned would be worth a look at the 30 "mark. If you can go up to 32" Sony Bravia are undoubtedly the way forward. The difference between LCD and Plasma is the way in which they work, the plasma is a gas filled and the LCD is liquid crystal. The current range of LCD screens are better quality than plasma extends in almost all cases. Although the sizes you mentioned plasma not really an option anyway, all all major brands of LCD use at that point. Testing a website comparison of prices or hitting your local shopping area prices available.
