I received cracked screen TV.?

I bought 50-inch 3D plasma TV and today. the screen is broken when I opened the box. how did happen? I can get tv again when i claim?

How did it happen? >> Nobody can answer that question because we were not there when it happened. I can have new television when i claim? >> The airline most likely to pay for the cost of the TV, or pay the charger. If you pay the shipper that will probably send a new unit.
