My wife and I bought a LCD TV abroad and we learned that no Something might work in the U.S. on the refresh or something. We have a transformer. Anyone know?

NO! unless Multi System TV is. I do not think so.because multiple systems all working TV Auto Voltage AC 100-260 V (as all laptops).
