Samsung 46 "computer monitor in 3D stereoscopic format?

Hi Guys, This stuff is what makes me crazy, I bought a Samsung 46 " TV and use it as my PC monitor and my regular TV, the conversion system of the Samsung does not give the full 3D experience, but I tried to play Avatar on my ps3 and change vedio stereo mode and it becomes a real 3D experience as I have been looking for a program to convert my computer monitor to a 3D experience using The stereoscopic (vertical split) to get the 3D experience so if you know a program or a way to have the full 3D experience, please let me know, thanks
