UE46C6530 Samsung 46 "Samsung LED TV or LE46C750 3D Full HD LCD TV?

Hi, now I have a very old 26-inch CRT TV and am looking to buy a new flat screen HDTV before the World Cup begins. I have narrowed my choice to two TVs, which are the UE46C6530 Samsung 46 "LED LE46C750 TV and 3D Full HD LCD Samsung TV. Both shows are very new to the market and therefore I can not find any reviews of them. The price of both is also more or less the same. I wanted to know if anyone has bought any of the TV and what they thought of them. Should I get a 3D LCD display, as will be further evidence future role of 3D, or LED's one that I think is best in terms of picture quality? Any suggestions or information welcome.
