What is the best set of overall performance of a 37 "LCD TV aqous strong?

Do you have it connected to a Blu-Ray Disc? Not connected to a service of high definition television? Ultimately, the "best overall" setting is what looks best to you. Turn on the TV, turn off all lights in the room and fiddle with settings while watching something from a HD source, either by cable or satellite or Disco Blu-Ray. The settings are mostly going to change the contrast, sharpness and black level settings. Add or remove each of these until the colors come in up and get a true black environment.
