New HD tv and Xbox 360?

I just got a 19 inch hd tv and it says 720p on the box so should i put the xbox on 720p or something else and should get an HDMI cable for it or just use the component cables?

Just the component cables will be fine. The components run up to 720p, and the HDMI is for 1080p.

So with a 720p, you won’t be able to notice the difference. Just make sure you flip the switch on your video connector over to HDTV
